Christmas Is To Celebrate The Rebirth Of The Light; Santa Clause Riding A Sleight With Reindeers Across The Sky Signifies The God Helios Driving His Chariot Across The Sky📌

In ancient Rome, Dies Natalis Solis Invicti—the “Rebirth of the Unconquered Sun” festival—was celebrated every December 25th. It is to preserve the winter solstice traditions from the ancient Greek time, the festival honoured the sun god, Sol Invictus.(Sol/GOD Michael/Helios)

The winter solstice day has the longest night of the year, after that the day gets longer and we have more sunlight. Ancient Greek people and Romans started the celebration as a single day and later extended it to a week for more celebration. Many other cultures celebrate the winter solstice too. For example, Chinese people celebrate the winter solstice for thousands of years with rituals to worship the Universe(Tian) and ancestors, family getting together and feast. This year, the winter solstice date is Sunday Dec 21, 2025.1 After this day as the days finally began to lengthen, the holiday celebrated the sun’s ultimate victory over the darkness of winter. To honor this solar rebirth, Romans held grand festivities, most notably chariot races that paid homage to the god Helios driving his chariot across the sky. Nowadays Santa Clause riding a sleight with reindeers across the sky is to signify this too.

When early Christians established Christmas on December 25th, they chose this date to draw a parallel between the “birth” of the sun and the birth of Christ, whom they regarded as the true “Light of the World.”

During a recent meditation, I asked and GOD Michael confirmed that Christmas originated from the ancient Greek winter solstice celebration. The ancient Romans who are the descendents of Aeneas, preserved the tradition with the “Rebirth of the Unconquered Sun” (Dies Natalis Solis Invicti) festival.

The tradition in ancient Greece and ancient Rome was similar, people decorate Christmas trees, evergreens/laurels, family getting together, feast, lighting up candles, praying, burning woods/logs, joining procession,  watching theater/musical performance, singing paean/carols etc.

  1. The exact date of the winter solstice is different each year, I think that’s why Roman set the festival from Dec 17 to Dec 25, 2025 ↩︎
