Wushu, also named kung fu or Chinese martial arts1 ; Qigong (气功), translated directly means “vital energy work” or “life force cultivation”, is the foundation of Wushu/Chinese Martial arts.
Qigong originally was named “Dao yin” 导引 in ancient times. Qigong practice typically combines standing/moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind.
In a recent meditation, I invited GOD Michael and Huangdi Tian Shen(The Yellow Emperor) to ask about Qigong/Wushu. Huangdi Tian Shen commented that Qigong/Wushu was originally taught by GOD Michael to teach us how to use energy2.
He also confirmed that he wrote Huangdi Neijing (皇帝内经, the Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor, the foundation book for Chinese medicine with understanding of Qi.) and many other books in varied topics with GOD Michael’s telepathic teachings. Our current Huangdi Neijing was not complete and unfortunately most other books were lost due to Emperor Qin Chihuang and Satan’s attacks on Taoism and the ancient Chinese civilization.
Huangdi commented that there were many original practices including breathing techniques and movements/wushu, which were similar to today’s Wudang/Taichi or Gongfu, and that people also developed wushu according to their own understanding later.
———-
A caution: It is recommended only learn Qigong breathing technique with formal training/teacher first. Taichi Chuan/sword or other Kongfu/Wushu would be good to follow teachers too. It’s like Yoga, if you don’t do yoga with breathing technique, you don’t have full benefit of it but still get the benefit of exercising your body.
A Side Note: My understanding is that by learning how to use “Qi” (the vital energy), people can learn some of the abilities of 4th density.
