Our Guardians commented that for those who are involved in operating the devices, an additional punishment will be 50 years each time, effective immediately.
Our Guardians also commented, for those involved in illegal operations or doing illegal things for the attacker on Earth, additional 10 times punishment will be applied accordingly, effective immediately.

I asked to add punishment to those who operate devices shooting at me, 5 years each time.
Our Guardians commented for those who shoot at me an additional 5 years punishment will take effect this Friday Jan 31.
For those involved in illegal operations or doing illegal things for the attacker on Earth, additional punishment will apply accordingly from this Saturday Feb 1st.
