  • Keep your mind focused on one object

    (if you can’t clear your mind well)

Comment: I did 15 mins meditation tonight following the above instruction. (At times, I still said “breath in, breath out” to myself to direct my breathing and to keep focus ). It has greatly improved, with the effect of both refreshing my brain and smoothing/strengthening my breath. The effect on the brain is amazing, similar to when you wake up from a long sleep.
