Laozi, literally means the “Old Master”, also named as Tai Shang Lao Jun and also translated as Lao Tzu or Lao-tse , was a legendary Chinese taoist, philosopher, sage and a second founder of Taoism. He authored one of the foundational texts, the Dao de jing (Tao Te Ching, the Classic of the Way and Virtue ) of Taoism.
Due to Satan’s distortion and influence, we knew almost nothing about the life of Laozi. The only thing we know is that he was said to have lived around 600 BC and composed the Dao de jing before leaving the city and withdrawing to the western remote countryside to live quietly.
Recently, I asked more details about Laozi during a few meditations to GOD Michael, Xuangyuan Hangdi, Laozi, King Wen of Zhou and King Wu of Zhou. On the question about which period of time that Laozi lived, GOD Michael commented that he lived much earlier than people thought and Laozi lived around 1050 BC during the early Zhou dynasty in China.
I was surprised and asked what he did at the time, GOD Michael commented that Laozi was the what we called the Prime Minister(also named as Chief Minister in ancient China, 宰相) and the Chief Advisor for King Wen of Zhou and King Wu of Zhou. They fought against the Shang dynasty influenced by Satan and founded the Zhou dynasty. Later he also assisted King Cheng of Zhou to fight down the rebellions from some rulers remnants of Shang and Shang/Yi(夷) vassal states in the east at the time controlled by Satan to help further establish the Zhou dynasty.
I asked whether the myth character Jiang Ziya(also known as Jiang Taigong or Lü Shang, 姜太公, 吕尚)referred to him and Laozi commented that Jiang Ziya as a person existed but he didn’t do anything as legend depicts.(aka, a fictional character based on a real person’s name) Some stories about Jiang Ziya were from Laozi, due to Satan’s distortion, Jiang Ziya’s name was used to replace Laozi. Jiang Taigong, the real person as the ruler of the Qi state* was not a descendant of King Wen of Zhou (as depicted by history books and myth) and was a negative person influenced by Satan. Anyone praying to Jiang Ziya(Jiang Taigong) would be considered as Satan’s follower.

Note 1: In ancient China, some people got their family name from their rulers in the Zhou dynasty. E.g A king granted land to a ruler, then some people living in the land would be granted the same last name as the ruler. In general, people followed the tradition of using their father’s last names as their family name later. Thus, one person may not relate to another one with the same last name.
* The Qi State was a remnant Shang vassal state at the time. Prior to the Shang dynasty before about 2000 BC, the area belonged to the ancient Zhong Guo tribal confederation.
